Sonya Arrington is a marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in market research, consumer insights and strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, a master's degree in marketing research and a graduate certificate in direct to consumer marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also an IBM Certified Email Marketer.
Currently, as Lead Researcher at InsiteSphere, she conducts both qualitative and quantitative research to inform and develop data-driven business decisions and market strategies. Sonya's expertise in data analysis, customer segmentation, market analysis and competitive research has driven successful marketing strategies, improved customer experience and increased revenue for many corporations in diverse industries.
